![]() Having the attack speed (old Rancor) at 20 now being locked behind Rain of Vengeance also hurts the build's damage because now you'll be sacrificing Strafe in order to have higher AA damage at 20 when before you could have both. Replacing the 15% spell power from Seething Hatred (16) into a 10% damage increase hurts the build's damage output and the new Punishment CDR is not the power spike a level 16 talent should be. The 40% damage from Punishment (old 4) is just straight gone. The base damage decrease is not easily recouped in regular matches by the new Fire At Will (1) with only 4 bonus damage added for every hero hit. W Build: NERFED ( to an amazing ARAM build) Frost Shot (7) now makes Multishot synergize well with Q Siphoning Arrows (13) now has decent sustain at 20 from 4 arrows. ![]() Two additional Vault charges means TWICE as many Arrows fired, essentially DOUBLED the damage output of this build at 20. ![]() Q + E Repeating Arrow reset is MASSIVE with the new 20 Acrobat. ![]() Stronger level 1 talent leads to much higher damage. And now, a general overview of how the changes affect the traditional 3 Valla builds: OUT OF THE 5 REWORKS THIS PATCH, VALLA IS THE STRONGEST AND I EXPECT A ROUND OF NERFS TO TONE HER DOWN IN THE FOLLOWING COUPLE OF WEEKS. HOLY SMOKES THIS REWORK IS ABOSULTELY TOP TIER FOR VALLA. ![]()
